99 Ford Taurus ABS and Oil lights stay on when car is off, keys out of ignition?

But they go out when the car is running. It's as if there's voltage somewhere. Any ideas where to look? The door chime warning that keys were in the ignition was coming on too, I removed the key cylinder and found the sensor for the chime was loose so I removed it. Still had the issue with the lights prior to that. Causing a battery drain over extended periods.
