What is the best Med School for Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon specialization?

I am planning on going to med school and hopefully going on to be a cardiac surgeon. I would like to work in the Pediatric side of this position. Is that a difficult thing to achieve and does it require more time in school? Also what schools are known for a good cardio program? Thanks for answering
