How do you suggest to your bosses that the team read a book you suggest?
There is significant strife within the team that no one seems to want to take responsibility for nor try to improve. Consequently, I am being choked out of enthusiasm and respect for both my work and the team as I suspect others are too. I have a role at the bottom of the totem pole, not one of great influence. But, there is an outstanding book that could offer us a solution to some of our problems or at least a good start, but how do I suggest that the team take it up as a read without offending someone or sounding out of place?
