Advise me on chimney liner please?

I want to install a 4 inch flexible stainless steel chimney liner.My gas furnace is in my kitchen.The 4 inch pipe inlet is near the ceiling.There is a cleanout.My question is how am I going to bent the liner at 90 degrees?Maybe there is an adapter available that will go through the hole in my kitchen something like a T.
