I seriously don't know how to move a relationship forward...what do I do?

ask her. i was in love with a girl in hs and never told her because i was too scared. i always wonder what might have been even ten years later! you might miss out on something wonderful and beautiful. besides all you have to lose is her rejecting you and if she does that then her loss anyway! don't be scared, be confident ; D
