I think I might be pregnant? When can I test for it?

I'm on Seasonique, so I'm not sure when my period is supposed to start. It wasn't due for two months. I've been staying with my boyfriend, so obviously, we've been having some fun. I accidentally missed a pill, and umed we'd be okay with a condom, but you know what happens when you're 'in the moment.' So, we just said he wouldn't *** inside me, which he did anyway. We did this when I was spotting, or maybe it was my period? I'm not sure. We'd already bought a pregnancy test, and we still have one left. When should I take it?
