When you take toys away for your child misbehaving..how long do you take it away for?

Well, my daughter is only two, so I only take her toys away when her misbehavior is directly related to that toy (i.e.- throwing it at somebody, not sharing and hurting others over it etc.). Generally when my daughter misbehaves I put her in time out, or my husband gives her "the look" and she stops acting out, lol.
