2nd law of thermo dynamic related to pollution**PLEASE PLEASE HELP***?

It sounds like a High School ignment since it takes some real liberties with the second law. I doubt if a college professor would do this. At this point it may be difficult for you to get adequate answers from others who have not been in cl with you and have a feel for what this teacher is looking for. I suspect this teacher is an environmentalist so I would be sure to to make my argument against the statement sound better than my argument supporting it.
