Could the human species ever overthrow the fascist global and national economies and end the rule of the rich?

As far as I can tell, there's no requirement among the richest of the rich masters of the world for compion, generosity, wisdom or far sighted concern for our species or the global natural environment. On the contrary, such character traits could only be obstacles to a mive aculation of personal wealth. The richest of the rich would be most likely to obtain and retain their wealth by cultivating the personalities of sociopathic megalomaniacs, which would explain the current human condition worldwide. In short, the maniacs are in charge of the asylum. How can we as a species separate wealth from power and power from wealth and reallocate power as it should be allocated, among the wisest most generous, compionate and far sighted among us?
