Okay some sort of epidemic is happening in my body?

okay so recently the past 2 days ive been having black bowl movements and have been getting terrible gas along with sharp chest pains whenever i burp i feel pains under my plate and feel like theres something caught i have mild pain while breathing in and accelerated heart rate im 21 no known ailments what does this sound like
