What does a "million dollar review" mean?
On the Carnival cruise ship I was on last week, the cruise directors, Kirk and Jamie, kept announcing the music shows as "a million dollar review". What does this mean? Did the stage cost a million? The actors are worth a million? The total worth of the show is a million?
